Pizza

If you worked at a pizza delivery store, and one night there was a particularly long wait, would you tell this to customers before or after you charged them?

Before-I hate finding out after

If I worked at a Pizza store, I would be greedy, I would tell them after.

If I owned a Pizza store, I would want my customers to be happy, so I would make it a policy to always inform them of the expected wait as soon as possible.

if I was just a worker, probably earning an hourly wage, I would tell them before because maybe they would change their mind and go home and I would have less work. In fact, if I worked at a pizza place I might tell everyone it was a long wait and eventually everyone would stop coming in. It would be good for their health. They would thank me later.
